Born and raised right here in Columbia, Shelley is more than a local Realtor—she is deeply connected to the community she calls home. Her local roots, genuine relationships, and passion for helping others give her a unique understanding of what makes the Midlands such a special place to live, work, and call home.

Before entering real estate, Shelley spent more than 13 years with a local credit union as a sales trainer, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership, communication, relationship-building, and client service. Her career taught her how to listen, advocate, solve problems, and understand what people truly need. Most importantly, it reinforced something that has always been at the center of who she is: a genuine heart for serving others.

Shelley brings a unique combination of qualities to everything she does—a heart for advocating for others, a genuine ability to connect with people, and an incredible work ethic. These qualities have been instrumental not only in building a successful real estate career, but also in another role that is very close to her heart: cheer coach.

Coaching cheerleading has strengthened Shelley’s leadership skills and reinforced her belief in the power of teamwork, accountability, encouragement, and showing up for others. Whether she is advocating for a real estate client or coaching an athlete through a challenge, Shelley brings the same determination, energy, and commitment. She believes in pushing people to see their potential, celebrating their victories, and standing beside them when things get difficult.

Raised in a close-knit family, Shelley learned early the importance of loyalty, integrity, hard work, and putting people first. Those values continue to shape the way she serves her real estate clients.
