I had a great experience working with Jim Herndon (Yip Premier Realtor)! He was always available when we needed him. We couldn’t find a house that was already built back in July 2020 so we expressed to him that we wanted to look into building.… Jim got right on it, we went and visited multiple builders until we felt comfortable. When we found the floor plan and area we wanted to built in, Jim made sure everything went smoothly for us. His communication was excellent he stayed in touch with the builder and our lender to make sure everything was going as planned & stayed on track. Jim Herndon came highly recommended to us and for good reasons. Words can’t describe how wonderful it was having Jim as our real estate agent.
